We have many applications that we provide our hosting clients. We customize
these applications on a time and material basis. After our customization process,
instead of paying for all
of our previously leveraged time into the system, you can use it and pay for it based
on the extent of your use. For example, we resell our web-based time tracking system to
organizations, and instead of charging them large development fees, we simply charge
them a per user fee to access the application.

Our revolutionary hosting pricing model allows our customers to only pay for
the space that they use on our server. Small sites pay barely anything while larger

Project Based
|

We will estimate for you the cost of handling your web initiative or aspects of it.
This scenario is more rigid in regards to our flexibility during the course of the
project. Our projects utilize an in-depth methodology focused on identifying and
meeting the essential business requirements of the new web site or site management
center. Checkpoints mark approval of each stage, and payments occur at
each major checkpoint.

Small Business Site Building

The Small Business Site Building Program
is ideal for smaller organizations who need a complete site design, or redesign, but
can't afford the immediate cost of a development project. By committing to a monthly
plan, our developers can reserve a set number of hours each month to work on design
of the new site. Unlike a development project, we will attempt to build the web site
in such a way that an early version of the site can be published and then improved
each month by building in additional features.

Time & Expenses

This model allows us to act as complete providers
without being constrained by internal operating costs. Here you will pay for our
time directly. It offers everyone complete flexibility. We develop a contract that
outlines our duties, and each task is subject to your approval. Any professional fees,
materials or additional expenses incurred will be also billed back to you. All expenses
will be pre-approved by you so that there are no surprise costs. For active clients
paying this way, we generate a bill every 15 days outlining our time and materials.

This program addresses the needs of all organizations who have existing sites
and need our help to manage or maintain their web initiative.

Smaller organizations may need all of our services. Medium-to-large sized
corporations may already have a webmaster who excels in one or two areas. However,
it is very rare that a few specialties will fulfill the broad requirements of a web
initiative. Organizations will therefore have us fill in the missing links.

This program places a staff of varying specialties at our clients'
disposal, to do whatever work the client requests, at an hourly rate. In addition,
we offer several monthly maintenance plans with varying pricing scenarios, which
effectively place members of our staff on retainer, allowing us to respond to work
requests with improved turnaround time.
